Applications for a Public Relations Grant

Applications for a public relations grant from Epiderm will be required to provide the following details:

TITLE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS PROJECT

  1. (a) The name of the organisation applying for the public relations grant and the person responsible for overseeing the work.
    (b) Person nominated for correspondence, including address and telephone contact details.
  2. Details and organisational structure of the organisation seeking funding and a curriculum vitae from the individual responsible.
  3. Details of other grants held or applied for relating to this particular grant application.
  4. The aims of the project, including background information to establish a rationale for a public relations program and the potential significance of the program.
  5. The details of development and delivery of the public relations activity, including methods to be used to assess the outcome of the activity.
  6. A budget including details of personnel and resources.
  7. A written justification of the budget.
  8. Projected dates of commencement and conclusion.
  9. On completion of the public relations activity, a typed report shall be submitted to Epiderm giving details of the activities and outcome.
Appropriate acknowledgment of the source of grant should be made as part of the public relations activity, including acknowledgment printed on any resources produced.
